The 41st annual Dave Johnson Memorial Golf Tournament is back on September 14th.

Proceeds from the tournament will contribute to Greater Douglas United Way’s annual fundraising campaign.

The event will be held at Bar Run Golf and RV Resort. It is sponsored by Oregon Pacific Bank, Banner Bank, First Interstate Bank and U.S. Bank. The tournament is a four-person scramble with a 10:00 a.m. shotgun start.

During the tournament, hole-in-one contests, sponsored by Cascade Community Credit Union, will provide the opportunity for golfers to win one of a number of prizes. A closest-to-the-pin contest, sponsored by First American Title, AmeriTitle and Western Title, will offer cash prizes,

An awards presentation, snacks and a meal will also be part of the day’s festivities. Entry is $125 per player. The field is limited to thirty-six teams. Make team or individual reservations by calling United Way at 672-1734.
