Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged criminal trespass incident early Saturday.

An RPD report said at 2:15 a.m. 33-year old Timothy Brady was contacted after a caller said the man was trespassing at Holiday Inn in the 300 block of West Harvard Avenue. Brady has been arrested for trespassing multiple times but returned and allegedly stole fruit.

Brady allegedly resisted being taken into custody. He was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third degree theft and for resisting arrest. Bail was set at $7,500.
