A Roseburg man was jailed on the charge of second-degree criminal trespass by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

An RPD report said officers had trespassed the 42-year old year from Garden Valley Church of Christ in the 1400 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard on Monday. The suspect returned to the location Tuesday at about 3:40 p.m. and was taken into custody.

Bail was set at $1,250.
