A driver was cited following a hit and run incident on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 9:20 a.m. the 74-year old was cited for driving uninsured and having no operators license as a result of a traffic collision. The citation was given out in the 1500 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard.
