A Winchester Bay man was jailed after a reported disturbance on Friday.

An update from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said shortly after 5:30 p.m. a call came in that 60-year old Phillip Lent was trashing a residence in the 75000 block of Highway 101, while intoxicated. Lent left before a deputy arrived. A victim advised that the suspect had pushed her on the couch. Lent returned later and was arrested. During the investigation it was determined that he had been driving intoxicated as well. An application for a search warrant was granted and the man’s blood was taken.

Lent was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, harassment and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was detained without bail.
