Roseburg Police cited a woman for third-degree theft on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at about 11:50 a.m. a 26-year old Oakland woman allegedly stuffed multiple clothing items into her cart at Walmart, in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, and then attempted to walk out without paying.

The woman was cited and released on the scene.
