Three juveniles were injured in a single vehicle accident Sunday night in the Glendale area.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said about 8:20 p.m. a caller said the pickup had crashed near the 5000 block of Windy Creek Road. The vehicle was located about five miles off the gravel road. It had crashed head on into a tree and was seriously damaged.

Initially two juveniles were reported as injured and had been taken to Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass. Later an additional juvenile, a 13-year old, was found to have been the driver of the pickup. One juvenile was taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center in Roseburg.

The pickup was towed from the crash scene. No further information was released by DCSO.
