Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged trespass incident on Saturday night.

An RPD report said at 11:30 p.m. the 41-year old was allegedly found intoxicated and drinking beer at Riverside Park at the corner of Southeast Washington Avenue and Southeast Oak Street near downtown. The man is currently entered as a city expulsion violator. He was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for drinking in public.

Bail was set at $1,250.
