Roseburg Police jailed a man after he allegedly threw rocks at the Douglas County Courthouse, and broke a window on Saturday.

An RPD report said the incident happened just after 12:30 p.m. The 22-year old was charged with first degree criminal mischief and for probation violation. He was detained without bail
