Roseburg Police cited a woman for an alleged harassment incident on Monday.

An RPD report said just after 7:00 p.m. the 53-year old was cited for harassment after allegedly starting a physical altercation with a victim in the 1500 block of Northeast Morris Street. The victim reportedly sustained scratches to her face and arms from the incident.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
