Roseburg Police cited two people for a city ordinance violation early Monday.

An RPD report said at 1:00 a.m. the 33-year old man and 34-year old woman were contacted near the corner of Northwest Renann Street and Northwest Edenbower Boulevard. Their two dogs were off leash. Both dogs immediately charged at officers while growling and barking. Each of the people were given a dog leash law violation citation and then were released.
