Sutherlin Police jailed a woman after an alleged criminal mischief incident on Sunday.

An SPD report said just before 1:00 p.m. 45-year Summer Koch allegedly broke out a window on a victim’s house in the 1600 block of East Sixth Avenue. Koch reportedly resisted arrest, attempting to bite an officer when she was being taken into custody.

Koch was charged with resisting arrest, attempting to commit a Class C felony and for second-degree criminal mischief. She was detained on $6,250 bail.
