The Roseburg City Council has a light agenda for its meeting Monday night.

Mayor Larry Rich will proclaim July as Parks and Recreation Month.

Councilors will consider making an appointment for a vacant seat on the city’s Library Commission.

A one-year report will be given regarding the Gary Leif Navigation Center.

Two public hearings on routine items are on the agenda as well.
