Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged prior computer crime, on Wednesday.

An RPD report said 50-year Steven Howard was identified as the suspect from a June 16th case when he allegedly found a debit card then used it at Walmart in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway to make purchases totaling just over $430.

Howard was contacted just after 3:20 p.m. and charged with computer crime, identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card and for third-degree theft. He was detained without bail.
