Roseburg Police cited a man for offensive littering early Monday.

An RPD report said at 12:20 a.m. the 41-year old was contacted in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard where there was a line of shopping carts and trash accumulated in the area.

The man was released after being cited and directed to clean up the mess.
