Roseburg Police cited a man for prohibited burning on Sunday night.

An RPD report said at about 11:45 p.m. officers contacted the 55-year old near a transient camp at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street regarding a large bonfire.

The suspect admitted to starting the fire and was given a citation.
