Roseburg Police jailed one man and cited one man following an alleged trespass and littering incident on Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 9:00 a.m. officers responded to the 300 block of Southeast Mosher Avenue. A 46-year old man was contacted as he had previously been trespassed from that location. He was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and for offensive littering rather than being jailed so he could clean up the mess that he had made.

A second man, age 50, was also contacted and was detained because he had failed to report to his parole officer. He was charged with a parole violation and detained without bailed.
