Roseburg Police cited two people for offensive littering on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 12:00 p.m. the 41-year old man and 36-year old woman were contacted at the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard after a caller said a motorhome was leaking sewage in the parking lot.

The occupants claimed they were unable to dump the tanks because the vehicle was broken down. Both were released after being cited. The motorhome was towed away.
