A Roseburg man had additional charges against him added Thursday while already in jail.

A Roseburg Police report said 27-year old Ryan Humphrey was identified as a theft suspect in two past cases. The charges of second-degree theft and third-degree theft were added. He was already detained on an unrelated charge of second-degree theft due to an unrelated incident. As of 5:30 p.m. he was detained on $11,500 bail.
