Myrtle Creek Police arrested a fugitive on Tuesday.

An MCPD report said Monday night officers and deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office responded to an alleged physical assault in the 100 block of Cordelia Drive. The subjects were located at a nearby business. A female was not cooperative. She was later identified and arrested. The male half allegedly lied about his name and date of birth.

Officers later identified him as 22-year old David Price of Roseburg. Officers located Price Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 p.m. He was taken into custody for providing false information to police, aggravated harassment and for multiple warrants. Price was detained on $10,000 bail.
