Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 11:30 a.m. the 70-year old was contacted while sitting on a bench along the multi-use path between Southeast Pine Street and Gaddis Park. The man was allegedly holding an open beer and poured it out when asked. He was released after the citation was issued.
