Highway 38 has fully reopened six miles west of Drain, as of Friday afternoon.

Julie Denny at the Oregon Department of Transportation said the roadway had been partially closed at milepost 45 since June 8th when a tanker truck overturned and spilled fuel. Denny said that cleanup is complete and the roadway has been repaved.
