Two people were taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle wreck on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said a vehicle was stopped at the stop sign at the corner of Northeast Stephens Street and Northeast Dixon Street but the driver didn’t see a second vehicle which was already northbound on Stephens. The first vehicle turned in front of the second one resulting in damage to both vehicles.

Both drivers, women ages 18 and 65, were transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center. The first driver claimed back and leg pain while the second driver said she had hand pain.

The driver who caused the wreck was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.
