The Oregon State University Extension Service 4-H program is offering its Cloverbud Discovery Camp in July.
An Extension release said the one-day camp is for boys and girls who are ages 5 to 8 as of September 1st. Campers do not need to be 4-H members to attend.
The same camp will be held on two different dates – Tuesday July 18th and Friday July 21st and runs from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The camps are designed to give youth a chance to explore the world of 4-H. Activities will include science experiments, scavenger hunts, arts and crafts, and much more.
Early bird camp fee is $15 until July 10th. Beginning July 11th, the fee is $20. Registration ends July 14th. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the Discovery Garden, near River Forks Park. The 4-H program will provide lunch, snacks, water and drinks.
