One person was jailed and one was cited after an alleged littering incident on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 9:00 a.m. officers contacted a 35-year old woman and a 41-year old man at their camp at the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. There was trash scattered around the exterior of their camp site, as well as inside of that site. A records check revealed there was a warrant for the woman on a previous RPD case.

She was lodged for the warrant and for depositing trash within one hundred yards of a waterway. Bail was set at $10,000. The man was cited on the same littering charge and released after the citation was issued.
