Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged theft early Saturday.

An RPD report said at 2:00 a.m. the 68-year old was charged with third-degree theft for allegedly not paying for his food and alcoholic drinks at a business in the 1400 block of Northwest Mulholland Drive. He was detained on $1,250 bail.
