Thundering Water Upstream Health Care and Sutherlin Emergency Management present the first Prepare Fair and Fun Festival on Thursday in Sutherlin.

The event will take place in Central Park from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. It will include neighborhood preparedness information, and plenty of fun. Mayor Michelle Sumner and State Representative Virgle Osborne will be the keynote speakers. Music by the Sunny Sky Boys will be featured. Food from local food trucks will be available. Emergency vehicles will be on display.
