Roseburg Police cited a teen for unlawful possession of marijuana under the age of 21, on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 9:50 a.m. the 14-year old female was allegedly caught smoking marijuana in a bathroom at Phoenix Charter School in the 3100 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard.

Parents were notified when the citation was issued.
