Roseburg Police jailed a man on Thursday, following alleged harassment incidents.

An RPD report said just after 9:15 p.m. officers responded after a caller said that 36- year old Jeremy Harmon was causing a disturbance in the camps underneath the Oak Street Bridge. The officer investigated a complaint from the previous week of Harmon causing fights under the bridge where he allegedly punched another person.

Harmon was taken into custody and his parole officer was notified and authorized a detainer. He was charged with harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and for a probation violation. Harmon was detained without bail.
