Roseburg Police jailed a man for allegedly stealing candy on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 8:10 a.m. the 27-year old allegedly committed the theft from a business in the 2600 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The suspect was charged with third-degree theft and a parole violation and was detained without bail.
