Sutherlin Police jailed a man for a restraining order violation and on weapons charges following an incident on Wednesday.

An SPD report said just before 9:00 a.m. 28-year old Chad Anderson-Thomas was allegedly found inside the trailer doorway of a victim’s residence in the 1200 block of West Dean Street. A restraining order was confirmed and Anderson-Thomas was taken into custody. While searching him., an officer reportedly located two brass knuckles in his chest overall pockets.

Anderson-Thomas was charged with carrying of concealed weapons, two counts of being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon and other counts. He was detained on $5,000 bail.
