Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident early Thursday.

An RPD report said at 5:00 a.m. while conducting a security check at Riverside Park in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street, an officer located the 41-year old lying under a blanket. Dispatch said the man was in violation of the city exclusion zone with an exclusion that is valid through September 9th.

The suspect was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
