Umpqua Community College will be celebrating the class of 2023 on Friday June 16th at 6:00 p.m. at the Swanson Amphitheater during its 58th annual graduation ceremony.

A UCC release said over 600 students are completing their associate degrees, certificates and general education (GED’s) degrees. Nearly 250 will be walking in the ceremony. Degrees being given out include:

*163 for an Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer Degree

*156 Certificates

*108 for Associate of Applied Science

*98 Community Workforce and Training Certificates

*26 for Associate of Science

*22 Apprenticeship Certifications

Graduation is open to the public and will be held regardless of the weather.
