Roseburg Police cited a woman for littering in or near waters early Monday.

An RPD report said at 1:30 a.m. the 29-year old was contacted near her camp along Deer Creek behind a business in the 1900 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. There was so much trash surrounding her camp that it covered an area of at least fifty feet and it extended to the creek.

The woman was released after being cited.
