Roseburg Police cited a man for a city ordinance violation on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. officers contacted the 42-year old near his camp in the 900 block of Northeast Rowe Street, and found him sitting next to an open beer. The suspect emptied the beer and was cited for drinking in public. He was released after the citation was issued.
