Movies in the Park begins this Friday night in Roseburg’s Stewart Park.

Presented by the City of Roseburg Parks and Recreation Department and Rogue Credit Union, the series runs for four weeks. It includes pre-movie entertainment at 7:30 p.m. with the movie shown at dusk, at around 9:00 p.m.

This week Wildlife Safari will bring some ambassador animals and have a presentation for families. “The Bad Guys” is this week’s movie and will be shown on the big screen at the Nichol’s Band Shell.

Families can bring food or purchase snacks from a vendor. Alcohol is not permitted at Movies in the Park. All parks in Roseburg are designated as tobacco free areas. Children under age 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
