A Roseburg man remains in jail, with one charge added on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said the 31-year old was identified as the suspect stemming from a theft at a business in the 700 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard on May 22nd. The suspect allegedly stole merchandise worth $225.

Cody King is now held on charges that include attempting to commit a Class A misdemeanor, giving false information to a police officer, second-degree theft, for a warrant and for the additional count of second-degree theft. Bail is set at $11,250.
