Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged theft incident on Sunday.

An RPD report said at 4:15 p.m. officers contacted the 55-year old after a victim tracked their stolen i-phone to his location in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.  It was determined that the suspect was in the room that the phone was stolen in. The phone was located in the bushes behind the suspect’s vehicle.

The man was cited for second-degree theft and then was released.
