Roseburg Police jailed a man for violation of a release agreement following an incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at approximately 12:10 p.m. officers contacted the 32-year old after he was reportedly screaming at a victim in the 1000 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. The suspect has an agreement calling for “no offensive contact” with the woman. A witness observed him allegedly screaming and hitting the victim’s vehicle.

The man was taken into custody and detained without bail.
