Three people were contacted by Roseburg Police relating to drinking in public on Monday.

An RPD report said at 10:20 a.m. officers contacted the 53-year old in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The suspect was allegedly drinking a beer and was cited. He was also given his first warning for city exclusion.

At 10:30 a.m. a 41-year old man was contacted in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street. The suspect was also allegedly drinking a beer. He was jailed for second-degree criminal trespass and detained on $1,250 bail. He was also cited for drinking in public.

At 11:30 a.m. a 32-year old man was contacted in the 2600 block of Northeast Douglas Avenue, where he was also reportedly drinking a beer. The suspect emptied the can and was issued a citation.
