Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged harassment incident early Monday.

An RPD report said just after 12:30 a.m. officers contacted the 61-year old in the 1600 block of Southeast Mill Street. Officers discovered that the suspect had reportedly punched a victim in the face. That man allegedly had a lump and bruise underneath his left eye.

The suspect was detained and charged with harassment. He was held on $2,500 bail.
