Adapt Integrated Health Care services in Douglas County will be closed on Monday for Memorial Day.

Crisis Services can still be reached at 1-800-866-9780.

Regular services will resume on Tuesday May 30th. The closure also applies to Adapt services in Josephine, Coos and Curry counties.
