MAN JAILED AFTER ALLEGED RAMPAGE FRIDAY

Roseburg Police jailed a man after what was called a “rampage” on Friday afternoon.

An RPD report said shortly after 4:00 p.m. officers and deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple reports of incidents near the intersection of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard and Northwest Stewart Parkway. 27-year old Jerusalem Callahan allegedly ran into and blocked traffic, ripped up a plant and stole roses from a roadside flower stand.

Callahan was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree theft and for a probation violation. He was jailed without bail.
