Roseburg Police arrested a man for alleged disorderly conduct incidents on Friday.

An RPD report said the 32-year old was visibly intoxicated on a central nervous system stimulant, most likely methamphetamine, and caused three separate disturbances due to what was called “aggressive and threatening behavior towards community members”. At 11:10 a.m. the suspect allegedly threatened staff members at the Adapt Motel in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens Street and was taken into custody. He had been previously trespassed from that location.

The report said the man refused to engage with Mobile Crisis counselors, though they attempted to assist him twice.

The suspect was charged with second-degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. After being detained, he was issued citations to appear in court for the charges against him.
