Green said, “Our emphasis on enhancing staff compensation, particularly through the passage of Oregon legislature’s HB 404, has empowered us to offer competitive wages across various job roles”. Green said consequently this has led to an uptick in employee retention and satisfaction, allowing Adapt to better serve the community and further its mission.

Adapt Chief Executive Officer Dr. Gregory Brigham said its adherence to uphold Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Affirmative Action regulations has resulted in an inclusive work environment that fosters diversity and equal opportunities. Brigham said this has “…enabled us to attract and retain a diverse workforce, contributing to improved productivity, innovation and cultural awareness”.
