The Oregon Department of Human Services issued a missing child alert for a 7-year-old girl in foster care missing from the Portland area.

Officials said the child, identified as Isabella Sebastian-Villalobes, was last seen on or around November 29th 2022.

The ODHS Child Welfare Division officials said the girl may be with her parents, Betty Villalobos Reyes and Andres Sebastian Francisco, and is believed to be in danger.

Authorities said Isabella is not currently enrolled in school.
Anyone who may have seen Isabelle or may have information as to her whereabouts is asked to call 911, local law enforcement, or the Oregon Child Abuse Hotline at 1-855-503-SAFE(7233) immediately.
