Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged assault incident on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. the 21-year old allegedly confronted a victim in the 1400 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard and punched him in the face. The victim was not injured.

The suspect was charged with harassment. He was detained without bail and released later in the day.
