A driver was cited for DUII-alcohol following a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday night.

An Oregon State Police report said just after 7:20 p.m. a westbound pickup was on Highway 138E, just east of Glide when an SUV failed to yield to the oncoming motorist. The female passenger in the pickup was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for minor injuries. The report said the driver of the SUV smelt of an alcoholic odor. The 77-year old driver allegedly admitted to drinking wine. Standard field sobriety tests were performed and the man performed poorly. He provided a blood alcohol level of .02 after being transported to the jail. He was released after the citation was issued.
