The annual state convention of the Oregon Oldtime Fiddlers Association will be held in Roseburg Thursday through Saturday at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.

Several hundred people are coming from around the region.  The event will include stage shows, jamming, dancing, workshops, a band scramble, and much more. Activities will take place Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Special events include a band scramble Thursday evening from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and a Dance to Old-Time Music Friday night from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Saturday’s district showcase and youth fiddlers will occur from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. followed by an open mic that evening beginning at 6:00 p.m.
