Roseburg Police cited a woman following an alleged harassment incident late Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said on Wednesday when two women were working at a business in the 2000 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, one woman allegedly confronted the victim over something she had said to another employee. During the conversation the woman allegedly slapped the victim on the forehead, which was caught on the security camera located inside the business.

Just before 5:30 p.m. an officer contacted the woman, who admitted to the incident. The 19-year old was cited and released on the scene.
